Policies

• A New Jersey Firearms ID Card (FID) is required to view any firearm or to purchase any type of ammunition.
• All firearms require a 50% deposit on the total price and must be paid in full within 30 days of initial deposit.
• Special orders require a 50% deposit: On the total price and must be paid within 30 days of arrival after notice. There is no arrival date on special orders.
• If a special order is cancelled while in the process of being fulfilled, there is a 20% restocking fee that applies to the base cost of the firearm and/or item that is ordered.
• If a firearm is cancelled, switched or placed back into our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee is off the base cost of the firearm.
• If a check is returned or unpaid, the customer is liable for all bank fees associated with the returned check. OSARMS also charges a $50 service fee for each returned check.
• Accessories can be returned for store credit ONLY when they are unopened with the original receipt within 30 days of original purchase date.
• NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: HOLSTERS / EAR PROTECTION / OPTICS / SCOPES / RED DOTS / LASERS / FLASHLIGHTS / AMMUNITION / ELECTRONICS / SAFES / KNIVES / ALL CLEANING KITS & OILS
• ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL
